So I'm going to see just how long it takes before I kill someone. Frankly, I don't think I'll make it. The stress lately has already been building up and I don't really have any other vices to fall back on. Wish me luck. I'm gonna see who can last longer: a yaoi fangirl or a yuri fanboy (me). The challenge? 6 days without glorious H. I've already passed my first. =P

Ihop Burger + Fries + Funnel Cake = BLARFUKE

So I wanted to try some funnel cake, right? Wanted to for, like, 2 weeks. It looked really good. I know well enough that looks aren't everything, so I went ahead and got a burger, too, just in case. Now, if I spend any decent amount of money on something I expect to get a certain amount of use out of it and I wasn't about to let any of it go to waste. My stomach curses my pride.

That might not sound like much, but did I mention I'm not good with sugar? Oi.

Anyway, I YouTubed the last fight from the 2nd Max Heart movie and the end of the Black vs White fight. Spoilers obviously, but whatever. Bad guys are bad, Pretty Cure are good, things get blown away. Enjoy.

Nothing done in over a week. As soon as our house begins to regain sanity I'm struck with sickness most foul... On top of that, Swordcraft Story is hella addictive. <.<

Okay, I'm not sure I can take another week of this... 5 kids! Count 'em! 5! There's no telling how many of my things will be damaged/lost/sticky by the time they leave... But I love them to death.

In other news, I got absolutely nothing done at all on the weekend and don't really know when I'll be able to. It seems there's at least interest in translating Splash Star still among the fandom so who knows how that'll turn out. To be honest, when I say I'm going to translate something I halfway hope someone'll be egged on enough to jump in and do it for me.

Dunno if it'll ever receive mass use, but I'd been needing a place like that for a while. The focus is mostly on my fansubbing endeavors and fansubbing in general.

Relatives (brother, wife, 4 kids) coming to stay for a week or so and I haven't gotten a damn done as far as cleaning... It's a small house so of course they get my room. For the sake of self-preservation I'll need to move most of my stuff including my computer... somewhere... There really is no room in this house. T_T

I guess I can't complain, though. He's the handyman of the family and comes down here to do various things for my mom. Me? Tech support...

In other words, I shouldn't even be typing now... and I don't know when I'll get any work done, if any at all. Also, no hentai... Yeah... This is gonna be FUN...

UPDATE: The kitchen, as it turns out, is a pretty kickass location for a PC. I killed three birds with one stone since I had to clean it and the kitchen anyway.

I'll complete something! I really will! Yes! ... OW, OW, OW, HAND CRAMP! I'd planned to work my ass off, really I had. <.< The translation for PC movie 2's around 14:30 done with a snag around 09:12 because I don't know a damn thing about penguins and because Honoka talks too much. v_v

I really have built up a reputation for unreliability, but I really do think I can finish this. It may only be a side project and something of little interest to those that are just going to wait it out for Arienai's superior version, but I want to see it through.

On the novel thing, never got the scans. Still up in the air, really. Also, apparently the Tales of Destiny manga is being scanlated so it's one less thing I feel like doing.

Update my interests maybe? I dunno, maybe post more than once in a lifetime? Truthfully, I see LJ more as a forum than any real journal. I guess I just like to stick with my interests. So uh, let's see... No interesting life stories... No recent family tragedies... Uh... I know!

Strawberry Panic - Episode 7, 8 & 9

Holy crap, talk about a leap in content... It should be obvious by now I support any and all yuri endeavors, it was just a tad shocking given the series' overall cuteness so far. It's quite a breath of fresh air what with all the depression inducing anime I've been watching lately.

Soft subbing Pretty Cure Max Heart Movie 2: Yuki Sora no Tomodachi. - Progress: 20%

The translating isn't so much the problem as timing and such.

So I saw the first Pretty Cure movie subbed. Thrilling, to say the least. The same day I smell a smelly smell of burning rubber and... my comp shuts off... for good... I'm pretty sure it's just the power supply and the fact that I'm incredibly lazy when it comes to dusting it, but if it turns out otherwise I at least saved my precious anime.

In other news at least I've saved most of my images from yet more computerly explosive wrath. I love PhotoBucket.
